Trivia

• The voice line "The treat is a lie" may be a reference to the saying in several of the hidden areas of the game Portal "the cake is a lie".
  • Another two possible Portal references may be that Symmetra's Photon Projector looks similar to the Portal Gun, and that she makes Teleporters, just like the Portal main character Chell makes portals.
• Symmetra originally did not have Hindi lines. They were recorded and added in a later patch.
