Manuel Oliveira is an associate, if not employee, of LumériCo. He did a job for CEO Guillermo Portero, informing him of the transfer of funds related to the "Juarez case,"sent through the Dorado Bank account via Monaco. The funds would be available the next day. he also promised to inform Jiménez of the details of the transaction.[1]
