Matthew "Matt" Mercer (born Matthew Christopher Miller) is an American voice actor and entertainer who provides the voice of Cassidy in Overwatch. He is well known from his many roles across different media platforms. He voice acts in cartoons, films, and video games; as well as in English dubs of Japanese anime.
On top of being a voice-over artist, he also directs and produces live action web shows like the Nintendo parody There Will Be Brawl. He acts as the Dungeon Master in the Geek & Sundry web series and later it's own Critical Role, where he leads several other voice actors through Dungeons & Dragons campaigns.

- In the final episode of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part Three: Stardust Crusaders, Jotaro Kujo says "It's high noon", similar to Cassidy's ultimate phrase. Coincidentally, both characters are voiced by the same voice actor, Matthew Mercer. Both Jotaro and Cassidy were inspired by Clint Eastwood's "Man with No Name" character from Sergio Leone's "Dollars Trilogy" of Western films.
