Nandah is the mayor of London. She attended the groundbreaking ceremony of Turing Green SW0 along with Mondatta[1]. By the 27th day of the King's Row Uprising, Nandah, Mondatta, and a hundred other captives had been taken hostage in a guarded power plant by Null Sector.[2]
