The sonic aplifier is a sonic weapon used by Lúcio Correia dos Santos. Re-purposed from Vishkar technology, he was able to use it to rally the people of his community to drive Vishkar out of Rio de Janeiro.
The amplifier has two methods of firing. In the first, it fires projectiles of sound,[1] which can hit targets up to 8 meters away.[2] The second involves firing a short-ranged blast of sound, which can knock enemies back.[1]
