I'm not sure where to make a request or start a discussion about it, or even what the guidelines are about it, but File:NULL HECTOR.jpg is a fan made edit (and the file does NOT clearly state this), however, it doesn't seem appropriate for inclusion on an article (seeing as it isn't official). Is there a way to start discussion to delete it or whether it's appropriate?
