- The group photo of the Overwatch members was taken 20 years ago in the lore's timeline.[2] At that time, McCree had just been recruited into Blackwatch, and Mercy was a university student visiting the Overwatch base.[3]
- There are two versions of the photo, the main difference between them being the presence of Torbjörn's prosthetic arm and missing eye. The canon version is the one with the prosthetic arm and eye,[4] confirming that the photo takes place sometime after Operation White Dome.
