Geoff Goodman
Geoff Goodman is a lead designer for Overwatch, handling hero design. He previously worked on Blizzard Entertainment's World of Warcraft series[1] and later on Titan.[2]
Trivia
One of his favorite weapons of all time is the ASMD rifle from the Unreal series.[1] He is also one of the most infamous developers of Overwatch, known for his controversial balance decisions.
