Tariq is a rookie soldier employed by Helix Security International.
Story[ | ]
Before joining the squad sent to deal with Anubis, Tariq worked in IT at the AI's temple. He was almost crushed during the mission, but was rescued by Pharah. He then created a feedback loop using a fallen omnic, which shut down Anubis and the omnics under its control, completing the mission. He sustained moderate injuries. At the end of the mission, Tariq pledged his allegiance to Pharah as his new captain after Khalil's death.[1]
